At Bunaai, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 working days.
